Medicare-eligible diabetics with a valid prescription. We do not require an active Medicare account to receive supplies — but billing patterns differ for non-Medicare orders.
Returns
Unused, unopened diabetic supplies can be returned within 30 days. Opened supplies cannot be returned per FDA regulations.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for accurate shipment of prescribed supplies. We are not responsible for medical outcomes or insurance disputes outside our control.
